When you have something important to say to your employees, like; the announcement of a new product, service or a new feature. Trying to express the importance can be very difficult with a written memo, expressing your feeling through the power of video is a lot easier.

Training your employees with web video is a great way to implement video on the web. It saves time and money because there is no need for a conference room, or having all your staff travel to one location. You can allow your staff to discuss the training and leave feedback by setting up a simple forum.
